Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
Need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet?
Our returns portal works only for orders that have been fulfilled. If your package hasn't left our studio yet and you need to cancel, please email us right away at email@example.com.
You've submitted a return request and received an "Instant Refund Voucher." What is this?
Once you move through the returns steps online, if eligible, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund Voucher, which we've funded for you. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your return and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away so you might discover something you fully adore - no waiting on your credit card company to release your original funds.
What items are returnable?
- Items from orders that were fulfilled in the last 30 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
Do you accept international returns?
- We are currently not accepting international returns at this time. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for further assistance on your international return.
